Very Disappointed — I Do Not Recommend Living Here I’m currently still living in the complex, and unfortunately, the management has been completely unprofessional and unresponsive. Over two months ago, I moved out of a unit within the same property, and I still haven’t received my security deposit. According to the lease, it should be returned within 45 days. Short Version: I will never rent from Elme again and I would never let someone I cared about rent from them either. Long Version: This is based off my 4 years living in the property under both Elme and Assembly. Pros location: close to 28 and a variety of shopping maintenance: responds quickly Cons Office Staff: Since Elme took over, the office staff has become less and less helpful.
