Very Disappointed — I Do Not Recommend Living Here I’m currently still living in the complex, and unfortunately, the management has been completely unprofessional and unresponsive. Over two months ago, I moved out of a unit within the same property, and I still haven’t received my security deposit. According to the lease, it should be returned within 45 days. I’ve sent multiple emails and always get the same vague responses: “It’s being processed” or “Please wait a little longer.” Eventually, they claimed a check was sent, a... read more

Living at Elme Apartments has been frustrating and unacceptable. In just 4 months, I’ve found 3 mice inside my apartment. This isn’t an isolated incident — it’s a serious infestation problem that management is well aware of and continues to ignore. The presence of rodents is a major health hazard, and Elme has done nothing but apply quick, temporary fixes. No real action. No lasting solution.
