The yoga, breath work, sound healing and retreats are all best in class. She truly is a special teacher and human being.
I am obsessed! I have now participated in Aiko's yoga classes, stretch class, cold plunge, soundbath and just came back from her divine retreat at Casuarina. This is hands down the best yoga I have ever experienced and if you get a chance to attend a retreat all I can say is do it! It was life changing and I am not exaggerating! Aiko I am SO glad I found you 💕
So I just had energetic healing through Reiki. I seriously feel so relaxed and calm. What stress I had feels gone. Last time I had this done was 15 years ago. I’m not going to wait that long again. I joined this 200hr Yoga Teacher Training hoping to deepen my understanding of yoga, but what I gained went far beyond anything I expected.
