We had a beautiful experience at Assembly by Aiko in New Farm as part of our workplace wellbeing day. Aiko was incredibly warm, thoughtful and communicative in planning the session to suit our team’s needs. The Pilates and sound healing meditation session was grounding and restorative and our instructor Patty was knowledgeable, gentle and genuinely welcoming. It was the perfect mix of movement and stillness. We all left feeling calm, connected and cared for. Highly recommend!
It was an incredible retreat that Aiko guided in France! A great program, location and the chef was incredible! A perfect balance of mind, body and soul reset and rebalance.
Aiko facilitated the most incredible retreat in the South of France. From the most beautiful location, in-house chef and having an amazing energy healer, she curated a perfect 5 days to recharge and return to self. Added bonus was the pool! Highly recommend a retreat with her warm and generous energy.
I just had the privilege of attending Aiko’s yoga retreat in the south of France and it was honestly the most incredible week- she created such a welcoming, relaxing and inspiring space for all of us and I will be forever grateful!
