Unsafe, Dirty, and Completely Out of Control” These apartments have gone downhill fast. The place stays dirty and nasty — trash all around, breezeways never cleaned, and maintenance doesn’t do their job at all. People even throw trash and food off their balconies, leaving it all over the ground in front of other people’s apartments. Kids run up and down the breezeways every day being loud, playing around people’s cars, and nobody says anything. Maintenance takes far too long to fix problems, even after multiple requests. The parking lot is often full of trash, and kids are left running around unsupervised making a lot of noise. Late at night, random people walk around the property looking suspicious, almost like they’re casing apartments. Pets are not cleaned up after, and outsiders who don’t live here frequently come in and cause drama. For the amount of rent being charged, residents should expect a cleaner, safer, and better-managed community.
If I could give no star I would!!! And, to the people giving a 5 star in 2025 is telling a lie! Or are fake profiles. I LIVE HERE! So I know it’s lies! I come home and there is a strange man standing in the hallway drinking. This use to be a real nice and quiet building.
