Delivery was completed, but the trash can was knocked over during pickup and left on the ground. I have camera footage showing this. Not a major issue, but attention to detail would be appreciated.
Maintenance requests take extremely long to get fixed, if they get fixed at all. There are frequent fights and loud arguments in the breezeways, especially late at night and on weekends. Trash service is unreliable and often skips pickups, leading to people leaving trash near other residents’ doors or throwing items off balconies.
