DONT MOVE HERE!!!! Avoid this place! I moved here bc it was cheap. You get what you pay for. Besides the rat problem, which they have largely taken care of, this place is very poorly managed. They force you to pay for their internet, however their internet is terrible. It stops working multiple times a day. There also outages that last for days on end. Hope you don't work remotely. Very dissatisfied with how pest control/maintenance is dealing with the rodent issue. I’ve caught 3 rats on my balcony, one mouse in my sunroom, and I’m dealing with constant rat droppings on my balcony. I’ve contacted pest control twice and was told that since the rat droppings and rats were caught outside, that there was nothing they could do.
Toured the property past Saturday as a walk in. And the property looked very nice. I wanted to highlight Ibrahim who assisted us. Very respectful and professional and answered all of our questions.
I live in these apartments, specifically in Alexandria. This time, I want to highlight the work of the office staff. Whenever I need anything and walk through that door, the ladies always greet me with a smile and are ready to help with any questions. I especially want to recognize Ibrahim. When it comes to service and support, he is on a top level.
