These are probably the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. The internet went out at least twice a week, visitors were required to pay for parking passes, and maintenance response times were extremely slow. During my last two months, no one came to repair my toilet despite multiple maintenance requests. Communication with the leasing office was also poor. While the staff members were friendly, they rarely followed up or resolved issues promptly. After moving out two weeks ago, I’ve been trying to find out why $850 was withhe... read more
Giving only one star for the sake of the employees who work here who may feel that a lot of the issues with this place is out of there hands but this place is DEPLORABLE. If you are considering moving here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. For the amount of money residents are expected to pay, the living conditions are absolutely unacceptable. If I could rate this place lower, I would. I lived here 4 years and it’s AWFUL! The elevators never work. My building had one elevator and it would be broken for two weeks at a time and this would happen almost every month, there’s vermin living in the walls and ceilings! People have reported squatters in the stairwells, garages and attic crawl space. Neighbors are extremely loud after quiet hours and management does nothing. Maintenance will enter your home whenever they like even when you specify you don’t want them enteri... read more
Ali has been a tremendous help while the complex has had some repairs going on. Always eager to help out and understanding of resident concerns.
