There arrived mixed reviews on this place but I can tell you that my experience has been excellent thus far. From the application process thru move in. Helen and her team have been great to work with. I am enjoying my space. Neighbors are all nice so far. My dog is in heaven with all of his new friends. I'd recommend living here because it is so convenient to everything you can imagine.
The community and residential services deserve under 1 star
I am very disappointed with this apartment community. From the beginning, residents must pay for the building’s internet service as part of the monthly rent. The internet costs around $70 per month, but it has barely worked for almost a month. Before moving here, I had my own internet service for about $20 per month, which was both cheaper and much more reliable. I have lived here for 10 years and 4 different management companies. Aside for the theft and bug problems that have been an increased problem most recently this management company does not prioritize fixing the elevators. In the past if the elevators broke at least one would be back up and running within 24 hours. This time its been 2 days and it is not back up. The building has 1 stairwell that goes to the parking garage that is infested with dead cockroches. Personally I have a small child so going down 6 flights of stairs... read more
