Ali has been a tremendous help while the complex has had some repairs going on. Always eager to help out and understanding of resident concerns.
I’ve visited here a couple of times from out of town & this place is kept up well. Newer management company has revamped a lot but doesn’t take away from my previous experiences. Pool, gym & dog park makes this spot really nice and it’s perfectly located. Had a bit of car trouble before leaving and Ali was more than welcome to help me before getting back on the road. I can’t wait to return!
Leasing team is not responsive at all after weeks of trying to get ahold of someone, regardless of the issue. Happens countless times after 4+ years of living here. I have email chains and receipts to prove it. If you want a reliable team, I wouldn’t live here.
I have lived here for almost 14 months, and I honestly cannot wait until my lease is over. I’m giving this place one star because, despite some genuinely nice and helpful leasing staff, my overall experience has been extremely disappointing. To start with, the apartment we moved into looked NOTHING like the model we were shown. We weren’t allowed to see our actual apartment until move-in day, and we were extremely unhappy when we finally saw it. The model had a modern, updated kitchen. Do not support this company. This multimillion dollar company and CEO Stephen DeFrancis sued a 92 year old woman with dementia because she had to break her lease to be moved to a nursing home. Lived in the same apartment for 60 plus years. Not this complex but still Cortland. Paid rent on time and in full. And they sued her. She lived in deplorable conditions while there and they sued her. This is how this company and CEO makes their money-suing a woman who has no idea who or where she is
