Friends of ours own a rental property here, been coming down every year the past 4 years and we love it! Perfect location. Far enough away from the all the hustle and bustle of OC for days we want to relax, but still only a 10 minute drive to the beach or to Assateague. Love the pool, the pier, and paddle boat pond, and the friendliness of the people who stay here. Nothing but great experiences. Planning on making this our OC home every year!
Year 5. Tons of memories. Beautiful home and amenities.
This is probably fine if you own but I would not recommend renting a week. The security is BEYOND weird. For some reason they are super paranoid about someone potentially crashing a trailer park. I'm not sure they realize there's a whole ocean around. Enough for everyone.

It is a great gated community that is laid back.
