MCV shouldn't be allowed to order ANYTHING I work for another delivery establishment and MCV is most definitely the WORST place in which to deliver. The drivers at my store regularly recieve parking tickets waiting for unprepared doctors nurses, who the F ever to come down (even though they were given a delivery time and asked to meet us downstairs).
great food Food is tasty, drivers deliver food, poeple take orders on the phone. Its a mother cluckin fan restaraunt people. You and your ill-prepared compadres in the E-room probably make the delivery guy wait, have crappy attitudes, and porbably tip like garbage. Good Service, Delicious Subs I've ordered Assantes several times in the last 2 years and for the most part I've been very happy with their service. The delivery service isn't lighting fast, most deliveries arrive in about 45 minutes, but it's no longer than most delivery buisness in Richmond. Pick-up is usually quick and they've always had my food ready exactly when they say it would be, and the one time they didn't, It was only about 5-10 extra minutes and was offered some free food. Worst Service Ever! This has to have been THE WORST restaraunt experience I've ever had! I work in the VCU Medical Center ER late at night, and there are not very many places that deliver. Our ER spends almost $1000 a week there, yet we always have food missing from our order. This time had multiple orders, only to have an order of chicken wings left out. Since sometimes in group orders things can be forgotten, I simply called to get the wings sent. They assured me that they were being sent, but 30-40 minutes later no wings ... read more
Good food I like them a little better in comparison to Chanello's down the street, but service wise we weren't treated very well. They had made an error with our food and had to wait an extra 10 minutes... then while we waited offered us a smaller pizza to us for our troubles then wanted to charge us for it. We did not really know what was going on or what the point was, but we eventually got what we wanted and it did taste quite amazing. I recommend this place but just don't be surprised if you get somewhat odd service.
assantes regular i hear that mcv lady ragging on and on and on. i used to deliver to that place from another business. they make orders that are huge complicated and specific, and as a good worker i can understand that it's fine to do so, however they are ill prepared to order during peak hours, must ask around the office (hey gal did you what pico on that no rice no beans burrito with extra sour creme), many times can not communicate what address, entrance, building of mcv they are in. for they few of you that are prepared ... read more

YOUR BETTER OFF WITH HOTPOCKETTS Just had a" MeatLovers Personal Pizza" it was very personal maybe ! 4 inches of pizza with a springle of meat I counted 6 or 7 pieces of meat what a rip-off STAY AWAY!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND FOR $5.99 PLUS TAX SHAME ON YOU GUYS!!
