I'm only writing this bc I am a bit disappointed and unsatisfied. I called and asked for a retie and style for my sister locs bc honestly it's been about three months since my last retie due to me wanting to allow them to grow & get thicker. I washed & blow dried my hair the night before so that it could be easier to do. The day of my appointment the stylist was separating my hair while it was dry, she didn't have a spray bottle to damp it before separating so it hurt more than it needed to.
