The sweet were delicious and the staff was very kind.
We had such a wonderful experience at Assal Market. We arrived right around closing time, but they were incredibly kind and stayed open about 20 minutes longer just for us. We really appreciated that, especially since we were visiting from Pittsburgh. It is a great experience everytime; I am treated with such kindness and I find just what I need to make Iranian food. If you don’t cook Persian or Middle Eastern food, I highly recommend just dropping by for some pastries — they are a party favorite. - Parissa
Love this place! They have so many Persian products, including a lot of rare items that are usually really hard to find elsewhere. Definitely try their shirini danmarki too. It’s so good! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic Persian groceries and treats.
