Had dinner there. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. In fact they are what most of the stars are for. Unfortunately the food lacked flavor. It was presented nicely with colors and some texture but didn't present any type of taste. It was a special of the day and included seafood, chicken, vegetables, and pasta. Ordered chefs special fish and jumbo shrimp casino $44.90. Came with 2 small pieces of I think mahi mahi, and 3 pieces of med shrimp. Definitely NOT jumbo. No flavor and no real coating on the shrimp. Just sauted and added on the dish. No incorporation into the sauce. Felt like an afterthought. Added bell peppers for $4. For $150, I could’ve gone to Roy’s or Top of Waikīkī. Service great, food 2 out 10. 2 pts for the Cesar salad & 0 pts for the 4 additional dishes we ordered. Unfortunately the food has gone downhill since we last visited in 2015. The clam pasta tasted like dirty sink water. The sauce on the noodles were watery and flavorless. One of the worst “Italian” food experiences ever. This Asian-owned restaurant “poses” as an Italian restaurant, but they truly do not know the first thing about Italian food or providing customer-oriented service. The completely bland food bears no resemblance to authentic Italian cuisine
