This shop is extremely incompetent, disrespectful, and dishonest. They dirtied up our clean car, didn’t fix anything, and charged us for an incorrect diagnosis that sent us on a expensive goose chase to repair or replace a electronic control module that nothing was wrong with, the only problem being a loose connection at the wiper motor. After I tactfully pointed out the mistake that they made, there was no apology or offer for a refund, just rude, smart Alec, disrespectful BS

They list many quality used cars on their website with tons of photos, links to carfax reports, and other information that allow customers to make informed decisions prior to making contact. Once a customer makes contact, they must understand that the customer is interested — hence making contact. I did just that with a fellow named Daniel Matar.
