I have been to Dr. Assad for years and have never had any problems, with her or her staff. She is very concerned about my eyes, by finding something another doctor did not.
From check in to check out we really appreciated the high level of service from every member of the staff. After years of patronizing another local eye care center where we had a series of negative experiences, friends referred us to Dr. Assaad. We were not disappointed ! I found Dr. Manal Assaad to be intelligent, compassionate, and truthful. Qualities so many doctors don’t possess in this day and age. Dr. Assaad was highly recommended to me by several people and I thank the Lord I found her. I had horrible experiences with an ophthalmologist and his optometrists in Alliance and am so glad to put that ordeal behind me. I was really surprised to see that Dr. Assaad’s examination equipment was far superior and more technologically advanced than my previous eye doctor’s.

I have been her patient over 20 years. She is exceptionably bright, kind, and personable. I have complex vision condition that she has kept my eyesight great. I can't recommend her highly enough.

She is so patient and caring and takes the time to answer questions. She has done 2 cataract surgeries for me and everything went well.
She saved my eyesight!
I have been going to Dr. Assaad for over 20 years. The best thing I can say is, I trust my eyes with her. Keeps my Glocuma under control and has removed two cataracts without any problems. She always has time to listen and answer any questions.
