Dr. Ali was nice; however, I did feel she tended to rush between appointments. Also her nurses were not very kind and friendly. Oh and the phone calls, I could never reach their office directly. Even when I asked to be transferred, they never picked up the phone, never returned my voicemails as well. My pharmacy couldn't contact them about my refills either. Very inconvenient!
Had a great experience at this dermatology clinic. Dr. Asra Ali was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Dr. Asra Ali is a great dermatologist. She’s knowledgeable, clear, and practical in her approach. She explains things well and focuses on treatments that work. Her office is also very helpful. Catherine Tran has been amazing with prior authorizations, prescriptions, and working with our insurance. She’s responsive, organized, and makes a complicated process much easier. Highly recommend Dr. Ali and her team.
Staff member are horrible. Customer service not accepted at all when you ask them to return the call they will never return your call.
