These guys are truely professionals. They came in, they removed the old unit, installed the new unit, programmed the thermostat, cleaned up, made sure we were satisified, and then collected their fee. It was great seeing Javan and his father working together. They were referred to me by my brother and had also done work for my mother. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their A/C serviced or replaced. The only bad thing was the price but I called no less than 6 companies, and most were more expensive. ... read more
Javon and his team were amazing! Very personable, knowledgeable, fair, and efficient. Got a full system replacement done in 5 hours for a reasonable price (I got 5 quotes) and took the time to program the smart thermostat and walk me through every part of the unit. Glad I will be in good hands for years to come in the florida heat!
I have been working with ASR services for years. A neighbor recommended them and I have been happy with their services since and also recommended to my friends. I have had emergencies over the years and called on Garth. He has shown up promptly and got my a/c up & running. Now Garth has brought his son Javon in the business who is just as personable. I signed up for their service plan, now they will schedule my annual service visits, which I greatly appreciate. Great company to work with!!!
Excellent service! Javon Johnson was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and skilled. His work was complete, thorough, and timely. ASR gave the clearest quote and the fairest price. I can’t recommend ASR highly enough! If you have AC needs, call them. You will not regret it!!
