These guys are truely professionals. They came in, they removed the old unit, installed the new unit, programmed the thermostat, cleaned up, made sure we were satisified, and then collected their fee. It was great seeing Javan and his father working together. They were referred to me by my brother and had also done work for my mother. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their A/C serviced or replaced. The only bad thing was the price but I called no less than 6 companies, and most were more expensive. ... read more
Javon and his team were amazing! Very personable, knowledgeable, fair, and efficient. Got a full system replacement done in 5 hours for a reasonable price (I got 5 quotes) and took the time to program the smart thermostat and walk me through every part of the unit. Glad I will be in good hands for years to come in the florida heat!
Very courteous and professional. Explained my a.c. needs in detail easy enough for me to understand. Took care to ensure that I understood the importance of checking and changing the air filters promptly. I trust ASR for all my a.c. needs and highly recommend their service.
