I have been my diabetes diabetes twice. Horrible customer service. No documentation of any previous calls. They do not read the appeal paperwork as it is constantly lost. The absolute worst choice for insurance. I'd give -10 stars if I could do not recommend!!
Unfathomable communication. Processes intentionally designed to frustrate any derail payout efforts. Bottom of the barrel insurance- would impact career choices if ASR is the insurance provider.
Not sure what going on but they are not that great , prescription coverage is garbage high out of pocket deductible like 5680. I have to pay till they cover your prescriptions 100%. Make you get generic brand which turns out more expensive than the name brand use my goodrx gold is cheaper out of pocket then this one. Paying for health insurance that is worse than. Just being on government assistance. Horrible coverage.
They try to get me about a big receipt every single year and it's very stressful
