Not sure what going on but they are not that great , prescription coverage is garbage high out of pocket deductible like 5680. I have to pay till they cover your prescriptions 100%. Make you get generic brand which turns out more expensive than the name brand use my goodrx gold is cheaper out of pocket then this one. Paying for health insurance that is worse than. Just being on government assistance. Horrible coverage.
They try to get me about a big receipt every single year and it's very stressful
Not only will they not cover any claim they will hang up on you, call you names, lie to you and they will make you do their job and find codes that they are supposed to file and when the doctor will not give it to you because you're not an insurance company they will deny any claim and send you into thousands of dollars of debt. Christina and Avi need to be fired, while you're at it the CEO too.
The customer service people are nice, but the insurance sucks and their website member portal is garbage.
This has to be the most God awful health insurance EVER!!
