We recently moved into a gated community in Lutz. The area between our house and the neighbors is used as an access to an easement behind the houses. One of their workers got stuck on a riding mower in the area between the two houses and dug deep ruts and tore up our sod. The account supervisor or whomever she is, Diana Fernandez, could have taken this opportunity to easily remedy an unfortunate experience. this company handles the lawn care in our gated community. after washing my pristine GTO the prior night, i was awakened by the lawn care company mowing our grass. i went out to find a large dent and scratch on my baby, right where one of the lawn care guys had just run a weedeather through a tight spot right by my car. grass was sprayed all over my car not to mention a large dent---worst par::: raymow refused to reimburse me for the damages done to my car. i would never use this lawn company--they don't stand by their work,... read more
