One of the worst experiences in my life having to work with ASPM-San Diego. Trying to get someone to speak with me, other than their answering service, regardless of the time of day I call is a lost cause. I purchased my home on 19 October 2020 and move in on 30 October 2020; I have yet to get a working guest gate code. So happy with how Ismael looks after maintenance at our HOA. He is always helpful and when he says he will do something, he does it in a timely manner.
