One of the worst experiences in my life having to work with ASPM-San Diego. Trying to get someone to speak with me, other than their answering service, regardless of the time of day I call is a lost cause. I purchased my home on 19 October 2020 and move in on 30 October 2020; I have yet to get a working guest gate code.
