Why doesn’t this review surprise me? This company is comprised of a bunch of hacks. Definitely not an arborist on site over the last three years. I watched them trim five massive pine trees in our neighborhood. All five have died this last year they came to the alley and trim trees for Southwest Gas and butchered are Huckleberry tree to the point where the arborist that came out looked at it said it’s probably going to die they have zero care for the work. The came to our house because of a tree that branches were to close to wires which we already trimmed and SRP approved we were not home so the jumped the fence got up on a shed and walked around on it to cut the tree and during this time I was telling them they were trespassing on my ring camera. They didn’t care they just waved at me and cut branches that were on the other side of the wires. They didn’t care and caused other damage I filled a complaint with SRP. This company doesn’t care

This company is TERRIBLE. They were hired by SRP to trim trees in the easement behind our property. They refused to use the easement, insisted on cutting through our yard, left all their tree trimmings in our driveway/front yard, and told us it’s not their problem; it is now SRP’s problem. After calling SRP we found out that is a lie and they should have sent a truck out to clean up. After making multiple calls, I am now being told they won’t be back to clean up their mess until Monday 02/19/2024; trees were cut down on Thur... read more
