Incompetent. Woken up by a supervisor at a little after 7:00 in the morning. Told crew is on the way to cut a branch hanging over a wire and needed access. Tree is not on our property. Crew showed up sometime, don’t know when because they never crossed our property. WHY DO THEY BOTHER PEOPLE FOR NO REASON.

Worst tree trimmers ever . They have the com Ed account and just butcher trees. Com Ed have made them rich and they don’t give a shit how it looks or what’s left . They have single handed destroyed our beautiful backyard all across Lombard . And they can put herbicides down now . Since when ! Don’t I own my property ? Otherwise I want them to pay part of my property taxes ! And yes they come in and out of your property. Without a care !!!! You should see the prarie path . Just butchered

I assume these guys were hired by a utility company to trim branches for some of the bigger trees in the neighborhood. They hacked the trees to a point that they might have well cut them down and left branches all over the sidewalk and yards. They also tried removing the "SLOW CHILDREN AT PLAY" sign from my property. I am assuming the utility company went to the lowest bidder for the service, so I guess you'll get what you pay for with these guys.

Apparently this company has let themselves in my fenced in backyard twice this week without permission. I’m not necessarily as upset about that as I am about the fact that they have left my gate unlocked and open. I have dogs, imagine my surprise when my dogs are outside the yard. Luckily they are well trained and didn’t go far. This is unacceptable behavior by a company, you should have permission from the home owner and if you open a gate you should make sure it’s properly closed when you leave.

They came to trim the trees for ComEd a week ago. They have no professional tree cutting experience what so ever. They just cut anywhere and leave the trees open to disease. All the trees they have cut are already diseased from their horrible chopping job. They also left a mess in my yard and never came back to clean up all the branches. What am I supposed to do with them? Burning in town is not allowed. They are a very inconsiderate company.
