This company is a joke. I wake up to a pile of branches and trees in my front yard. Then as I walk the corner I have my dog charging at some random guy. Oh he’s here to cut the trees from the power lines because Kansas City says so. Guess what Kansas City. Private property. For the safety of YOUR employees and others I suggest you knock before entering someone else’s property.

No accountablity! What a terrible company. This company has the contract with the city of Kansas City to maintain the trees along the power lines in residential back yards. They have no regard for the home owners. They were in my back yard recently my yard has no trees along the power lines they had equipment piled in my yard. They tore down my clothes line. I asked the supervisor of the crew to replace my clothes line and he said he would it has been well over a month and I have called several times to the company and they ... read more

The tree trimmers have been in my neighborhood for a week now trimming the tree limbs near the power lines. They had a pile of branches in my front yard and they left one. After two days of it being in our yard, I threw it next to their truck since they were parked in front of my neighbors house; they left it there and walked around the branch multiple times before they left.
