Asplundh Tree "Expert" Company made their usual runs thru to clear the trees from the power wires. It was wet and we warned them not to take their truck into the yard, the boss said they would put boards down to drive on, they came back very early on a saturday morning while we were sleeping and drove into the yard with their dually trucks, put deep ruts thru about 1/3rd of my yard, from front to back and refuse to fix them, might be time for a lawyer

On July 19th 2022 AEP had Asplundh come onto my property and tree my tree. However, that is not what they did. They cut off the entire back half of my tree. I called AEP three times since this with no return call. There were only three small limbs that needed trimmed back aprox a foot. I do not want them to come onto my property again and ... read more

Last time they ‘trimmed’ in my neighborhood 2 of my neighbors ended up cutting their entire trees down afterwards because the trees were so ugly and lopsided to the point they might have been dangerous with all the weight of the branches just on one side towards their houses. It looks like I may have to do the same thing come spring. I’m not sure if it’s the power line company or the city that hires these clowns but I really wish they would care about the... read more

I only wish I could give a zero star rating to this absolute joke of a company. I understood that they would leave the cut brush on our property. However it is an abomination of pathetic customer service that they allowed cut branches to fall directly on, and then be left on, nice evergreen bushes; while there was bare ground about 3 feet away. Other cut branches were left hanging in adjacent trees. I can only presume they are the cheapest option for power companies, because they clearly have no standards.
