I spoke with Duke Energy about a tree on my property near power lines serving a neighbor's new service. Before any work was done, Duke told me heavy cutting wasn't necessary, that light pruning would likely do, and that they'd pass that along to Asplundh. Lane from Asplundh left me a voicemail. No notification for doing work, they are parked in my driveway blocking it, running their engine so the house smells like diesel, driver blames Duke for not informing me. Not a responsible company.
Left a horrible mess on my property. The only reason they survive is the contracts with the power companies.
