They were supposed to trim some small maples, but instead removed some. I made it clear that none were to be removed.
Absolutely destroyed my willow tree and left a huge mess behind.
I can understand why this place gets such low ratings for a big company, if the employees they hire are as rude and disrespectful as the ones, and their guests, that recently moved into the rental unit, across the street from where I live. The electrical utility in this area, (PGE) recently hired them, and sent out notices that they would be working in our area, as it is forested, and needs some clearing to protect power lines. Absolutely horrible. Massacred my beautiful pines. I wish the city of Portland would contract with a company who cares and does a decent job. They left a mess, broke my plants in my yard. When I spoke to one of the guys about cleaning up, he was rude and curse with me. I ended up cleaning up my yard and our street. Absolutely worst!
