This company is doing tree trimming in coal creek up hwy 72. They had one lane block (uphill) while the downhill lane had the signs for slow. Their crews were driving uphill in the down hill lane while a group of us were in that lane coming down. They almost hit me and when I threw my hand up the workers in the truck flipped us off. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL these crews obviously dont care about their saftey or the saftey of the community's they work in and are literally going to cause an incident. You should see the damage they have done to all the trees in our neighborhood. Thankfully we were home when they came to do our trees. They cut way less then all the other homes in our neighborhood, i am assuming because we were right there while they did it. Or it could have been that all they had to cut our branches was a tree pruner. I dont know how they are "tree experts". The only thing I will give them is the two workers that were doing our trees were very kind

The people that work for this company are a joke. They are not honest with homeowners about the scope of work and do the opposite of what they say they will. Literally came to my house in the morning and told me our biggest tree wouldn’t be touched. I left for an hour got home to a butchered tree. They cut spring growth because maybe someday it might grow towards the line. Then had the AUDACITY to tell me “don’t worry if it dies we will remove it.” Who says that in response to poor communication.

Kealaka'i Ignacio was so professional today. He and his other crew member did a fantastic job with our trees. He made sure the job was done correctly and as clean as possible! Thank you Golden Xcel for hiring this crew. :)
