The people that work for this company are a joke. They are not honest with homeowners about the scope of work and do the opposite of what they say they will. Literally came to my house in the morning and told me our biggest tree wouldn’t be touched. I left for an hour got home to a butchered tree. They cut spring growth because maybe someday it might grow towards the line. Then had the AUDACITY to tell me “don’t worry if it dies we will remove it.” Who says that in response to poor communication.
Kealaka'i Ignacio was so professional today. He and his other crew member did a fantastic job with our trees. He made sure the job was done correctly and as clean as possible! Thank you Golden Xcel for hiring this crew. :)
The crew that came out to trim my tree entangled with the power lines was top shelf. The crew came out (after a two year fight with the power company to get them here) and the tree was trimmed in a day in a most professional manner. Because the work was to trim the branches from the power line all the down branches were mine to dispose of; no problem. I knew that going in. How much the electrical rate payers are charged for this would be interesting to know, eh?
This company worked in my backyard today. They were the most unprofessional, uncaring, and disrespectful people. They stood on my wooded fence, after being told not to stand on the fence. The supervisor was called, but the behavior continued. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
