Based on the reviews, they're not very good at their job. And I would assume that goes what they're driving, because they drive, absolutely horrible, cut me off mid turn
A couple gentlemen knocked on my door to let me know they trim trees for black hills. We actually really needed our tree in our backyard heavily trimmed so their help was appreciated. They were very kind and respectful of our property. I didn’t know they were coming by so I hadn’t cleaned up my kids outside toys or the walk way to our back yard and they moved the toys and then put them back and cleaned up after themselves!
This company knocked on my door (I saw them through my doorbell) several times. I was not home at the time, I was at work. Without permission or speaking to me they helped themselves to my backyard and cut half of the branches from two of my trees.
Yes, they were a surprise to wake up to the day after Christmas BUT they were very friendly. They stayed off my property and in the easement for the power lines until I gave them permission to enter and use my gate. They hauled away everything they cut and even a limb or two I had laying around still. They were quick, quiet, and respectfull. I did not have any issues like some of these other reviews. They even secured my gate before leaving so my dogs don't get out. Thanks guys!🤷
They drove into my yard to cut limbs above power lines. I asked them to move and they ignored me. They trimmed all the other houses from the street but drove into my yard to do my limbs. Horrible service.
