Came into my property unannounced today and absolutely destroyed my once gorgeous oak in my front yard. I stopped them mid cut from doing further damage to it. They said they had to cut back 10ft from lines but I just had an arborist come out a month ago to trim properly so I know it was already back 10ft. Don't block someone's driveway or park on someone's property with your heavy equipment. I just replaced my sewage line and I come home to see your company parked on my property right on top of the line. If it's damaged I'm going to sue you. Promise. I've got the time and funds to make it happen. I had to sat there for a few minutes honking to get into my driveway while the driver ignored me. They were cuttings back trees for Mississippi Power and they dumped the limbs from in my front yard. I called and I kept being told they had to talk to their supervisor. They finally told me the chipper was coming around that day and they would be gone. No one came and I was scheduled to have sod laid in my yard.
