These people got the Verizon contract, so they don't really need your review. They cut way too much off my oak tree on private property because they don't know the difference between an oak and a maple, the guys in the truck don't know much English, the supervisor has no authority, and the "customer service" 800 number has been disconnected. Go elsewhere--this is not a group of professionals.

These people don't get any stars. They hire people off the street that is willing to climb a tree or ride in that bucket that know nothing about trees. They hired this kid that lives near me AND his brother. When they come to your house they are like the gestapo - mean, rude, arrogant and control freaks. They leave half of your tree so it will fall over from being top heavy, block your rd,your sidewalks, destroy any flowers & plants in their way,treat you like a piece of poop on their shoes and leave. A employee of asplundh here in Tacoma used their equipment to remove a tree and the top hit my garage. They never returned to cleaned up the brush. I was told later that employees are not to use company equipment to do private work when working the powerlines for the power company. They do this frequently without permission. The power companies pay Asplundh to trim trees not to trim private trees for under the table money.
