Overly aggressive rude and unprofessional employees, the company lacks any resemblances of an ethical company, because of Govt contracts they have zero motivation to be a decent company.
ASSPLUNDER Parked their truck in front of my driveway blocking me in for 5 hours , asked them to move it as I had to be somewhere in an hour, got nothing but attitude and was told it was broken down, called corporate, only to be told I would get a call back that never happened. Trashy company that only exist due to forced government contracts.
National Grid notified about a month in advance about the scheduled trimming of our very large, mature red oaks that are growing near power lines. After reading reviews of Asplundh, I was concerned about both the health and aesthetics of my trees. Removal of large branches would not only cause a 'mutilated' appearance but could also threaten the overall health of the tree by creating large wounds. If I could I would give them a 0 star rating. They are tree butchers, not tree cutters. Shame on them for their poor work.....they just cut a tree in half rather than trim the branches during tree maintenace for our city. They blocked our driveway and could care less how they left the site. Full of debris and wood chips. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE!!!!
