Adam and Gabe, the managers of Asplundh are extremely unprofessional and lack any sort of ethics. They cut down a section of my pecan tree that was not obstructing a power line. This was mostly at the request of one of my neighbors. When I brought it to their attention, they said they would compensate me for the damage. However, a week later they sent me a letter saying , "Our investigation revealed they were not responsible for the way your pean tree was trimmed..." This is a lie. How can you admit fault and then absolve yo... read more
Wonderful workers cleaned up after themselves and even asked permission to do all they needed on my property making sure I was happy with it to the best I could be and very polite and wonderful team sent out. Jason Earl and John Wallace great props to them both great team! Did wonderful job off Hatter Rd in Franklin, KY
Wonderful workers. John wallace and Jason Earl went above and beyond what was asked of them making sure to be nice and polite the whole time asking permission about everything and even cleaning up to the best of there abilities. Wonderful wonderful wonderful!!
The worst tree company out there. Buyer beware! The problem is they are hired to do commercial work. They have a blank check from the electric companies and other municipalities. They do not follow safety protocols and have the worst people in the business. Buyer beware!!
Pictured is the videos of your employees leaving trash not once not twice but three times within the last year. Cracking windshields on one of my work trucks while cutting trees. Terrible business

This company sucks dropped tree branches on my fence bent it up I called the company sent out a supervisor I got a card from the guy said was gonna fix it but never came back I called no answer left message no return call let me catch you all trimming my tree again for fpl and we are gonna have a problem you are no longer welcome on my property
Asplundh Tree "Expert" Company made their usual runs thru to clear the trees from the power wires. It was wet and we warned them not to take their truck into the yard, the boss said they would put boards down to drive on, they came back very early on a saturday morning while we were sleeping and drove into the yard with their dually trucks, put deep ruts thru about 1/3rd of my yard, from front to back and refuse to fix them, might be time for a lawyer
Damage to our home - claim not paid. On 8/17/2022, Asplundh cut trees behind our community and made a horrible mess of the trees. A branch fell on our home and knocked a hole in the siding. They did not bother to contact me and when I contacted them, I was told to send an estimate which I did on 8/17. I still do not have a payment for our damage and now I can't even get a contact from them. HORRIBLE Company!!!!! Duke you are to blame as well. Hire a responsible company.
On July 19th 2022 AEP had Asplundh come onto my property and tree my tree. However, that is not what they did. They cut off the entire back half of my tree. I called AEP three times since this with no return call. There were only three small limbs that needed trimmed back aprox a foot. There was no need and no permission given to cut the entire back side of my tree off. This has cost me a liability because this tree is over my swimming pool and the tree is now lop sided. I do not want them to come onto my property again and ... read more
