Only go to these doctors when your other Doctor is unavailable. Often late, clearly Doctor's time is more important than patients time. The class of doctors here is ridiculous. They are terrible. You just go to get a script and go. Im hoping this is my last time here

I specifically requested an appointment with a female doctor. After an hour waiting, I was told the appointment was made with a male doctor. I watched as other people were seen to. I changed my shifts at work for this appointment. And consequently had to cancel my appointment as I was now going to be late for work. Honestly, what a waste of time

The staff are very nice and helpful and doctor Cook is a great doctor knows how to look after you

The worst clinic experience we've ever had. My husband had an appointment a few days ago to review his test results and pick up medication. However, after waiting for nearly an hour, he was told the doctor had left, and he didn't receive the medication or see the test results. He had to endure pain and suffering. So far, there has been no response. We reserve the right to report until the end of today.
