If I could give this place negative stars I would! Absolutely appalling customer service from the reception team. I suffer from panic disorder, and was referred to one of the other doctors in the clinic from another. I explained to this new doctor the situation he flat out says he doesn't want me as a reoccurring patient. I had booked a long consult, to discuss a few things. Only go to these doctors when your other Doctor is unavailable. Often late, clearly Doctor's time is more important than patients time. The class of doctors here is ridiculous. They are terrible. You just go to get a script and go. Im hoping this is my last time here

I specifically requested an appointment with a female doctor. After an hour waiting, I was told the appointment was made with a male doctor. I watched as other people were seen to. I changed my shifts at work for this appointment. And consequently had to cancel my appointment as I was now going to be late for work. Honestly, what a waste of time

The staff are very nice and helpful and doctor Cook is a great doctor knows how to look after you
