We unfortunately had our flights changed the day we were meant to arrive in BNE so we could no longer use our booked accommodation. As a courtesy, I contacted the Motel so they might have the opportunity to re sell our room. I did ask if we could be refunded for to our situation and were extremely happy with the response and understanding !! Yes ! I will definitely try and visit next time 😊
Pretty nice rooms, bit outdated but clean, the mattress was ok, the location was a little busy. The staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Overall, pretty ok.

Money well spent easy to book nice comfortable feeling
Great friendly staff. Well communicated even through evening hours. They were more than accommodating when I needed a place to stay last minute, they had everything I needed and I felt so happy and safe when they were looking after me. Definitely recommend 👌 just wish there were some groceries stores in walking distance. However they had great Internet connection and access to watch stream shows on the TV. Thankyou
