I can't be scathing enough about this filthy dump. Avoid at all costs. No TV for the 2 nights there, carpet disgraceful, torn filthy curtains, top of fridge and sides encrusted. Mirror even very dirty. NO bench except one with a whopping useless TV. Do not believe the photos, they must be 30 years old. The bathroom wall tiles had been painted but this is falling of in chunks! Bathroom floor, filthy. Never again! Disgusted! If we didn't need to be near the hospital we would not have stayed!!!!

Friendly and efficient staff, clean and tidy rooms, the microwave smelt like currry. It is a pity about other customers who were noisy and inconsiderate at 2am in the morning and the gronk that sat outside my room smoking.

Love this place! Close to everything! The staff are friendly! The gentleman in reception is awesome! Always friendly and happy to help! Just booked there again!

It's very old place but kept tidy and clean. It's a good place to lay your head for a few days or so. It seems theyre in middle of renovations at the moment,with pool out if action n work sites going on out front. Staff are friendly. Close to chermside n parks. n reception is falling apart. Rooms are not fully secure at all. Vanity unit cupboard is just hanging on fill of rusty hinges. Place definitely does not look like pictures as advertised. Lawns need doing.
