Clean rooms, refurbished with moden fixtures such as USB power points for charging devices. The comfort of your stay depends somewhat on which type of room you choose: the larger (e.g. twin) rooms at the back of the motel complex are quieter, have strong water pressure and have windows to let in fresh air; whereas the smaller (e.g. queen) rooms let in some noise and light, have weaker water pressure and no windows. Would not stay here again. The staff were extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly, complaining we were late, weren't going to check us in, even though we arrived during their office ours? The manager clearly has attitude issues, evidenced by the need to respond to other honest reviews. Room was semiclean, sand/grit in all beds and lights/locks a bit average, found a small spider in one bed, daughter insisted on sleeping on top of the sheets...
