Great service from management.
A decent place to sleep is about all you’ll get here. The fact that the manager checked me in drunk was a sign that I’d chosen the wrong place to stay in Brisbane over the long weekend. The rooms are large and well-appointed. The location, well you might get a bit of road noise, but the shops are nearby and the nearest train station is about a 10min drive so it’s not all bad news. Edit - the response of the manager says it all! Just defensive. I'm not sure where he wants me to put my review, stating it is ill-placed! My goal is to help other consumers by relaying my own experience when they have a number of options to choose from. I could hand write a review and nail it to a telegraph post on a lonely country road, but somehow I think more people will see it if I post it on Google. A 'Castle' it is not!
