Every member of the team was knowledgeable, efficient and explained their role in my care. They were also personable and kind, and I have confidence that my wound will heal if I follow the detailed instructions.
I have all the confidence in the world in regards to my new wound care Doctor, Lacy. She is very knowledgeable in wound care and took the time to explain everything she was going to do B4 she started. I found her to be a very caring and kind person as well.
