I see lack of respect and caring for patient. We hear lots of laughs between workers, where is the hospital Silence sign? If a person is checking to an ER is because there is concern about their wellbeing. I am going to check your insurance nurse told me(?). I am ChampVA insured and billing sends the bill to VA, REGARDLESS everyone has the right to be seen at ER. This ER highly sucks don’t recommend it for anyone with anxiety or panic disorder all they do is sit on their phones all night. Especially Joe was the worst person I have ever met there not apathetic about panic disorder at all.

My wife got a respiratory infection while we were in Tomahawk and we went to the urgent care at this hospital. She was treated so well and very quickly. She is doing great now and we can continue our vacation. Thank you to the doctors and nurses at Aspirus urgent care!!
