Awful care from Dr Nancy Baker! She charged me for a “preventative” exam even though I did not ask for one or authorize one! I made an appointment for a pap and pelvic and that’s it. I did not know she even did a preventative exam, very few vitals were taken such as pulse, listening to my heart, oxygen levels in the blood, etc. my medical records indicated that I was offered things like a STD vaccine and I was not, told by medical records these fields in the records auto fill. Horrible...had wait about 3 hours so I walked out. Had people who came in after me get seen before me. Don't want to go there again unless I passout or cut off a limb
Ever since Divine Savior got taken over by Aspirus it has failed basic communication, adequate care and have made something as simple as getting labs drawn a huge hassle. Md's overworked. I remember when you could call your Dr at home And that was not to long ago. Will be leaving Divine Savior Hospital and my current MD.
Horrible customer service
This operation is like a rogue element. The epitome of hypocrisy, the polar opposite of the commitment required to honestly take the hypocritic oath. They treat patients like the enemy. It is THE DOCTORS CLINIC because the patient is not important. Run for your life, literally!
horrible ... never get good service always end up waiting 3-5 hours after the time i arrive no social distancing people refuse to wear masks . understaffed not clean . nurses and drs are jerks never want to go back there again unless its necessary
DO NOT GO HERE! Your urgent care visit will be billed as an out-patient hospital stay at Ascension St. Michael's! I came into the doors marked urgent care and asked specifically if this was urgent care when I entered since it was attached to a hospital and the staff said that it was urgent care. The nurse and doctor who saw me were very nice and tested me for the flu. When it came back positive she told me my options and offered medication which I took. I was at ascension urgent care in plover on on March 30, 2020 for a sinus infection. Due to the coronavirus there was a lady in the entranceway she was friendly and the receptionist was friendly. I thought the nurse was very rude. I commented on my mask being hot and she was very snotty while telling she had to wear it all day and basically told me because of people like me that had to go to the doctor.
