My husband had surgery there yesterday. The experience was great! All staff was very nice and efficient. Nurse Mike was the best! Thank you!

Aspirus killed my father and they didn’t even notice. NEVER go to aspirus if you want to live. No monitors and no checking in on patients is extremely common there. I’ve never seen more neglectful staff. My dad died at aspirus - he had 0 monitors on- they hadn’t even taken his vitals in DAYS. We were told countless times he was NOT dying, he was NOT terminal. One surgery—two horror stories. First, they told me the surgery would be a little over an hour. At hour 3, they hadn’t given me an update, so I just assumed my wife was dead and that they were just gathering the lawyers to inform me. Fortunately, she was alive, but the surgery was complicated. May dear Dr. Bergman humble himself enough to admit when he's wrong: some psychologists can indeed diagnose, just not prescribe. While he's at it, maybe he could indulge in some compassion lessons with his nurses. Bless their hearts.
