I would not recommend this physical therapy clinic based on my experience. Before starting therapy, I specifically asked about the cost and was told each visit would have a $15 copay. Later, I was billed over $700 because everything was applied to my deductible instead. The first session was mostly an evaluation with very little actual therapy, yet I was billed for both an evaluation and a full session. Get blood tests, multiple tests come back abnormal, one month later reach out to see why this hasn't been addressed and get told they "didn't see that my results had come in" which is wild since I saw them the day after they drew blood in the aspirus app. Then after getting told that I got referred to an endocrinologist who is supposed to "reach out to my insurance to see coverage options" after a couple weeks of more nothing I call in and get told I need to set up an appointment with an endocrinologist.... Over a week since Dr. Okotie with Aspirus killed my 66 year old father and they still haven’t given my family a cause of death. They assured us it was their top priority but turns out their only priority is to cover up for their doctors.

Not a good expierence as they really don't seem to care about their patients and if any inconvenience they'll dismiss you. Came in had an exam and labs were taken and i was given some prescriptions for what was needed. Well 3 weeks later, symptoms were still festering and if you look in my chart I've had a history of this common condition that is not a serious condition and is easily treatable with medications. I made appt for May 9 as this was the earliest appt they had . I was promised they could still send in my prescriptions after all I was moving from one aspirus location to another in stevens point so u have to wait 8 weeks for ur medications it's a joke . Aspirus is a poor excuse for the medical profession
