Facility is sad literally came in with a migraine could barely keep my eyes open I had to call on the phone to get someone in the back and she stated she will be out I cried 45 minutes straight and no one camed out to see me check me in or anything I could of literally passed out so I called back and asked how long the wait she stated I can’t tell you that it’s a violation when I say I will be calling state the first business day this is what I mean… IT can be a nice place but the people they have work here
I went to the ER, hour and a half nobody came out, nobody helps, they don't even try, had to drive hour away to a real hospital, I fear for anyone in life threatening danger because Stanley will not help you
Dislocated my shoulder went to er asked my info on insurance and stuff which I had just switched and they never told me anything about not being in network until a week afterwards stating oh hey you will be oweing us lots of money because you used an out of network provider. As long as I sat there which was 4 hours I could of handled the pain at that point and found better care in network.
I have been in the Er room and was given pain medication. That's been over an hour and a half ago. The needs wore off. I'm in the same amount of pain as when I got here. I can't get out of the bed. The call button is still on the wall. I even took my monitor off for 5 minutes with the alarm going off and still NO ONE has come to check on me. I've had to go to the bathroom for a while now. Aspirus was absolutely amazing. The staff made my son and I feel so welcome and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to bring my children when needed. Thank you so much
