They still refuse to give me MY OWN CHILD’S medical records. I signed documents, received wrong information, and now they’re demanding court documents that show I’m the parent. Multiple times they were sent document signed by the mother stating I’m the father. The clinic my daughter was born at sent me medical info no problems. My daughter HAS MY LAST NAME. You’re seriously making me jump through unnecessary hoops. You want me to pay to go to court and have them tell you the documents I supplied ESTABLISHED MY PARENTAL RIGHT... read more
They will falsely accuse you have harassment when they are criticized for lying, improper care, etc. go for a knee problem they’ll say it’s a pulled thigh. They’ll flat out tell you their shift is almost over and they wanna go. They’ll try to give you legal advice like they know anything about law. They’ll refuse to acknowledge their wrong doings. Especially when confronted with them. They violate laws regarding controlled substances and scripts. And they REFUSE to take complaints for years.
Staff is really nice at this Hospital and Clinic and Urgent Care but the doctor she seen is a Quack brought my fiance here because she was coughing really bad sweating and other reasons they did a covid test immediately came back negative chest x-ray came back normal doctor told her it was something viral so he was not going to send her home with any meds it just has to run its course well running its course with her especially with her having interstitial lung disease the doctor should have used his brain and put her on pre... read more
