I am not a fan of being in a closed MRI tube. But the staff Calmed me down, and were extremely competent. Thank you for your patience with me. You talk to me through it.

If this location had an open sit up MRI machine, I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately, the open sides are not enough "open" for me. This place is spotless and the staff are all amazing. Dressing rooms and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible and they have automatic doors for wheelchairs. Waiting room is on the small side, and there is not an open place for a wheelchair, so you have to be out in the aisle while waiting. I highly recommend CDI and Derrick the technician that performed three of my scans that I needed. I had a lot of anxiety and chronic pain and Derrick was patient, knowledgeable, empathetic, and very helpful, and kind. He made sure I was comfortable and communicated to me though the whole process. He made my experiences the best that I have ever had having MRI scans.Thank you, and I will recommend CDI and Derrick to anyone I know or meet that needs a MRI scans!
