Have been to this facility four times for procedures in the past 10 years. Have had Dr Miranda each time. The facility and the staff, from registration to department volunteers to the professionals taking care of us has been nothing short of wonderful and professional.
Did not communicate well with me or my pharmacy, was constantly having to remind them of refills for a medication they told me I had to be on indefinitely for my UC. Did not listen to me or my concerns about my UC and felt like the GI doctors truly did not care about me. Felt like just another patient they had to see.
Head doctor, Bradley Charles Irwin, is a disgrace. Gaslighting and pompous.
Very un accommodating in terms of scheduling. And when you show up a minute or two late they cancel your appointment. But when you show up 20 minutes early, they don’t see you till 30 minutes after your appointment. Ridiculous, Essentia was much better
