Decided to give them a try even with the reviews I read. I feel like I was brushed off and not taken seriously. I was quoted over $500 for each PT visit and was told it is what it is you can do exercises at home which is true but I’d like some guidance and assistance and support. I feel so defeated. I will be seeking a second opinion elsewhere.

If you want personalized care, this is NOT your place. After 1 yr of hoping, Doctor called me a “disappointment”, also states he doesn’t believe in disability because he wants patients to walk, Direct kickbacks from medical device company seen and heard in person. Zero accountability. This person should not have a Medical License. Grievance filed. Other than driving 4 hours away, this was my hope. I see Dr Aggarwal, a neurologist, for migraines. He and his staff go out of their way to answer any questions I have and answer messages on my aspirus in a timely manner. I trust him with my care

Had a referral for this place. When I called they said 7 days for regular referral and 48 hours for urgent. Our doctor put urgent on the 20th of Sep. It is now the 27th and I have called twice now and told it was in triage and they would call me back. NOTHING. My husband has been in such pain and I can't even get a call back for an appointment, It's been 7 days! I can't imagine when I finally would get a appointment how long that will take. Used to be decent, but after Dr. Arenson left, my care has been awful. I don't know what they're trying to pull but I've had multiple nurses and the nurse practitioner lie to my face, try to gaslight me, and just be plain rude. I'm never going back.
