I am not the type of person who leaves reviews, especially bad ones, as even I tend to read them with some trepidation. But I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, disrespectful, immoral, and unethical urgent care center/finance department in my life, and I will forgo future care at this location due to their disgusting actions. Have had nothing but great care there for both myself and my wife!
I spent nearly 3 hours in the exam room and no treatment. I finally decided I would just go home. My situation was not serious but needed as a preventive step. I did not hear or see any other patients in the ER. Very disappointed with the care I didn't recieve.
