This has to be the worst hospital and healthcare I’ve ever received. The staff is by far rudest. I’m now pregnant and even that staff has consistently been rude. I leave crying after every appointment. A true disgrace to healthcare.

Very awesome facility and staff make you feel better from the start. Take the edge off and know you will be taken care of in a friendly and clean environment.

When you have to wait on hold for hours just to schedule a well child visit something’s not right here. Thanks Aspirus for ruining a hospital that used to be a joy to go to.

The women at the desk was very rude tonight. I came in because my son is sick, obviously unhappy. She told me to wait in my car and wouldn't stop harassing me and making me feel worse. I've been waiting near three hours. My son isn't being loud, just whiny and she comes and tells me that he is crying and people don't feel good, well obviously neither does my kid. I didn't get her name but she has been at the desk since I have been here on November 15th and it's currently 11:34pm.
