This place is a literal joke. After several visits over the last few years, to say their ER staff is incompetent, would be a complement. The ER doctors have been rude, dismissive, and will rush you out even though you're still in pain/discomfort/distress while offering almost no insight into what might be wrong. DO NOT choose this facility for your emergency medical needs.
Specifically a review of the ENT services from Dr. Gregory White and his nurse, Summer. I have been trying to get in with a doctor for almost a year, knew I needed a CT scan, got in with Dr. White who spent 5 minutes ignoring my concerns (ongoing signs of infection, swollen lymph notes) and put me in the for the CT. Calls me back to say there's something in there, needs to have me come in, and examine me again. $50 in copays later, I've spent a total of 10 minutes talking to the doctor, most of which is spent with his hands ... read more
