I have had many okay experiences in this hospital but today was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had and i wasn’t even the patient. my boyfriend came in for an emergency and while he was waiting in his room in pain for some more pain meds everyone outside of the room was just bickering, arguing, and yelling at each other. Then everyone proceeded to give that same energy to my poor boyfriend while he was in terrible pain. Everyone was so rude and so snippy and did not help at all. I swear man, these people... I called the cafeteria to talk to the manager, and the lady who answered doesnt know who her boss is, doesnt know where her boss is, doesnt know how to get ahold of her, doesnt know a number for her, doesnt know when she will be back... These people are ridiculous.
Accompanied my wife to a women's health appointment. The floors in the room we were in were absolutely disgusting. I cant believe I was in a medical facility. Gross!!!!
My wife and I had our first child here. Was a great experience and would definitely come back. Both nursing staff and doctors were great!
