I had an incredibly disappointing and potentially dangerous experience at this emergency room. I was seen for severe ear pain, and the logistics were a mess from the start. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour, and once I was finally called back to an exam room, I was left entirely alone for over another hour without a single staff member checking in on me. Our dear friend Harlean Had to be admitted to the hospital and she just said how amazing the staff is, how kind they treat her, and just how wonderful the nurses and caretakers been. We just wanted to pass these nice words on and thank you so much for your hospitality
I recently saw a tik tok video of one of your lab techs named Vianna drawing her own blood in the hospital lab and she wasn't wearing PPE and didn't even disinfect the site where she inserted the needle. I commented on the video raising concerns and she since then has deleted it, I saved the video to my phone already, however this is very alarming and you shouldn't have little girls who know nothing about safety and bloodborne pathogens working in your lab. This hospital was the worst I have ever been to. They had everything messed up my first night after surgery plus the have no doctor to help you for orthopedic there at the hospital after surgery. I have a lot of other medical problems like lupus, sjrogens, RA, no hip on left side. I the nurses were very nice it was all the other stuff. I wouldn't recommend Northland orthopedic to any one they are terrible. Nice before surgery terrible after.
