Dr. Dennison in Pediatrics is very kind, has a genuine approach, made us feel welcomed and heard. I did not feel talked down to at all, instead just informed from someone more educated than me which is why we go. She took the time to establish a relationship with my son and did not just breeze through the appointment. She was present with us even though she's busy and that made us trust her more. I specifically asked not to have labs done at this location and they sent in a lab without my consent. I was billed $250 for OB services that were not needed.
Please Read to End: My primary doctors keep leaving the company (although they have all been amazing), and when one does, the clinic makes me get "re-established" as a "new patient" with a new primary. Those "new patient" appointments (and I've been going to this hospital for 10+ years), are ALWAYS a month out. And that's a big IF they have doctors who can "take new patients", as I've been told twice to seek help from a primary at another clinic. A few good nurses, but most days I hardly see anyone even with iv and monitor being and pressing the cam button.
This place is absolutely horrible, please go somewhere else if you can. How can they constantly lose my new born baby's blood sample and then constantly make me reschedule appointments. Definitely would not recommend.
