Amazing. Im from Maine and had a really gnarly sore throat thing going on. They saw me in a matter of minutes, a kind, local MD diagnosed me thoughtfully without rushing me out of there, and then wrote me an RX which I could obtain RIGHT in the lobby at an RX vending machine. Id say this experience was far better than any I've ever had in Maine at an Urgent Care. Everyone I saw was kind and friendly. How does this have only 3 stars?! Keep up the good work!
Easy to access and park. Building is well labeled and there is help on every floor.
Expensive! Even for the small things expect to be charged $$$$$
I am new to the area and was in twice this week-once with a broken finger and once with my mom who had a UTI. The staff was fantastic and professional.
Excellent service once you are actually there, but trying to call is ridiculous. They need a new receptionist that actually does their job because I've been calling for several days and the phone just rings and rings and then hangs up. This person clearly isn't doing their job!!
