Aspirus Specialty Pharmacy has always provided me a positive experience. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Great customer service attitude.
I found out one of the pharmacists made a snide comment about me to my husband when he came in to pick up medication for me. He promptly came home and informed me of how inappropriate it was. Then there was another issue with the same pharmacist. The service is now slower and more inconsistent than it used to be. I asked to have my prescriptions mailed, and so far, that doesn't seem to be working out well. I have been waiting on two prescriptions for 6 days now and I figured out one of them was never ordered from the person ... read more
