A few weeks ago, my daughter and I came into the Antigo emergency department to be seen due to an indirect lightning strike. We totally understand how treatment is prioritized however after sitting for three hours in the waiting area, a woman came in and very loudly stated she was a nurse and thought she had a UTI. After just 10 minutes of sitting in the waiting area, she was ushered back to receive treatmen. She was immediately taken back for care.
