Great experience from start to finish at Urgent Care after a log splitter accident
Horrible and overcharged. Even doctor I saw had negative things to say about the facility. I was there for over 5 hours. Wait time terrible.
We were in, seen by Walk in NP, received sutures and were out within the hour. Staff was friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. Thank you for great service & care!
A few weeks ago, my daughter and I came into the Antigo emergency department to be seen due to an indirect lightning strike. We totally understand how treatment is prioritized however after sitting for three hours in the waiting area, a woman came in and very loudly stated she was a nurse and thought she had a UTI. After just 10 minutes of sitting in the waiting area, she was ushered back to receive treatmen. She was immediately taken back for care. After 30 more minutes of waiting, my daughter and I left without being seen.... read more
