I have always had good service close to home, and if we went to Wausau for a problem they were more than accommodating for us. An all around good Hospital System!

Water birth center is actually just one room with a bathtub. If you plan on using it, you might get screwed over like I did if someone else is using it. My birth plan was ignored. I wanted delayed cord clamping but they gave her to my husband right away and cut it. Floor was full of dust bunnies. Spent 18 days for an infected belly button, but yet the most improvement we saw was from a $7 topical drug from Snyder’s, and since the beginning of our stay I was asking if there was something we could put on it! The Hospital sent me a bill that I had already paid. I called, and said that I had a receipt for payment. However the hospital was incorrectly not applying my payments to specific bills but instead just paying things from oldest to newest. They then said that basically we can't determine which bill specifically you didn't pay but we are sure the bill is right.
