My father in law was just discharged yesterday after a 6 day stay. During that stay, he required PT & OT. He was at one point a 2 person assist to get up. We were told that he would not be discharged without a care plan for extended care after discharge. Since he lives alone, we thought the best option was to take him to the town that we live in & asked for referrals to be made. This hospital is the worst they do not care about anything. Basically if you do not look like you are physically dying they don’t care. I got into a really bad car accident in march I have been to this hospital countless times and they have done nothing for me. I had a follow up check up and I got there just for them to not help me because of “technical difficulties” which is bull.
